The Point Industrial Park’s unique location near Interstate 64 Highway, State Route 23, the Norfolk Southern (National Heartland Corridor), and as a Port on the Ohio River in the Port of Huntington (Busiest Inland Port in the Nation) the Point offers a major enhancement in the flow of goods into and out of the Midwest Region of the United States. Also, one of the most strategic rail lines in Ohio, a double track Norfolk and Southern main-Heartland Corridor, is located on the site, as well as over 8 miles of rail spurs throughout the industrial park, providing for unlimited multi-modal potential.

The Point has 3,400 ft. of river frontage on the Ohio River. Located adjacent to the Big Sandy River and close to the Port of Huntington, the largest Port in the country, the onsite intermodal transport facility serves as a gateway for businesses to reach major national and international markets.


The Point is located on a major Norfolk Southern rail line. There are seven miles of spur lines in place to support rail-related industry and general industrial rail transportation needs. From this point, the rail system ties The Point into a direct network including the greater part of the Eastern United States, with junctions covering the entire United States.
